What are your office hours?Our regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. We are closed from 11:30 to 12:00 noon daily for lunch.

Do you have a night deposit box?Yes. Our night deposit box is just left of our drive window.

When is my bill due?The time and date (“due date”) by which a water user’s bill must be paid in full is 4:30 p.m. on the 15th day of the month the bill is issued, unless the 15th falls on the weekend or on a holiday in which case the due date is 4:30 p.m. on the immediately preceding weekday. Bills not paid by their due date are delinquent, and shall be subject to a ten percent (10%) late charge. The District may proceed to disconnect a water user’s water service for nonpayment of a delinquent bill on or after 8 a.m. on the 21st day of the month the bill becomes delinquent, and this policy constitutes notice to such water user of such pending disconnection.

Do you offer a level pay plan?At this time we do not offer a level-pay plan. However, if you wish to pay additional in anticipation of high usage or travel, the additional amount will be credited to your account and indicated as a credit on your monthly water bill..

Is my meter read every month?Meters will be read by the District each month, and the District will issue bills to water users by the 5th day of the month following the reading

My water was white or milky looking for a while. Is something wrong?No actually that is very small air bubbles that could be caused by a break in the line, the change from cool to warmer weather, or high use. Air gets into the water and the milky color is the result. Fill a glass, let it sit for a minute, and see if it clears. The water is safe and perfectly fine to use for all your water needs.

Is there fluoride in my drinking water?No CCWWC does not feed fluoride in its treatment facility.

Prior to digging, who should I call to locate the water mains to our location?"You should call the Missouri One Call System at 1-800-344-7483.

How do I open my water meter?Use a wrench on the brass nut on the lid and turn counter clockwise one full turn. Then pull the lid. Be sure to put the lid back when you are done and fasten it shut.
